1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Mondail Cashlink (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the Mondail Cashlink mobile application (the “App”) and the related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately. Supplemental terms or policies that may be posted from time to time are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on the App.

2. User Registration and Account Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Agent Accounts: Access to the Mondail Cashlink Agent Platform is restricted to individuals or businesses that have been formally registered and approved by the Mondail Cashlink Team. Unauthorized access or use of an agent account is strictly prohibited.

3. Mondail Cashlink Services

The App provides financial transaction services including:

  • Wallet Funding: Add funds via Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) or Bank/Visa Card.
  • Money Transfer: Send funds wallet-to-wallet between Mondail Cashlink users.
  • Withdrawals: Withdraw to Mobile Money, Bank Accounts, or through approved Agents.
  • Payments and Collections: Use Scan, Request, Verify, and Payment Link features for payments and collections.

All transactions are final once completed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transaction details before confirming any payment or transfer.

4. Fees and Charges

Certain transactions may include service or processing fees. The current fee structure is displayed within the App or on our official website. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Mondail Cashlink to deduct the transaction amount and any applicable fees from your wallet.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any purpose other than those permitted. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Services for illegal or unauthorized activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing.
  • Attempting to defraud the company or any user, or attempting to obtain sensitive information such as passwords.
  • Processing transactions on behalf of third parties without written approval from Mondail Cashlink.
  • Interfering with, disabling, or bypassing the security features of the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise, the App and all related content—including software, databases, design, graphics, text, and trademarks—are owned or licensed by us. These are protected by copyright and trademark laws in Uganda and internationally.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We reserve the right to deny access to the App or Services to any user, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Uganda. By using the App, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
